The Taxi Mom® Membership Agreement explains the policies, responsibilities, and protections connected to your child’s Protected Seat Membership. It outlines how 12-month and 10-month memberships work, how billing and renewals are handled, what families can expect from transportation services, and the responsibilities of both Taxi Mom® and the Financially Responsible Party.
The agreement also covers payment requirements, student conduct, route and driver changes, cancellations, early termination fees, hardship consideration, non-renewal, and electronic acceptance. Its purpose is to ensure families understand how their child’s reserved seat is maintained and how Taxi Mom® plans routes, vehicles, drivers, and service capacity throughout the membership term.
